Field Trips and PTA

I talked with AIM insurance on August 2, and got clarification on field trip stuff.  The PTA can gift money to the school for field trips, just not arrange the field trip or be involved in setting up the actual transportation. Yeah!!! So that makes one of the teacher and parent requests much easier to resolve. YEAH!!!!

We have to do a "gifting form" that Gifts the money to the school from the PTA- that will help with the books and keeping a record of where money goes and what it is used for.
